主要工作职责Main Responsibilities 1.Plan ,organize, Monitor and control the following activities •QM-Document Management System Doc Manager Administration, Process Designer Pro administration •Monitor the measuring equipment calibration plan, MSA plan, functional check •Training need identification and Yearly assessment of personnel. •4M Change process at site •Handling of Raw material and packaging material deviations, review corrective action and effectiveness •Be part of administrate the issues in the Customer Relationship Management- system •Management suggestion system, periodically collect and report it. 2.Training •Training and awareness to TC Ｏn ISO 9001, ISO 15378 (GMP) requirements, T requirements related to QMS. •Awareness to TC Ｏn common QMS Documents •Awareness to Sales team regarding TC QMS procedures, TTS, GMP •Training Ｏn Process Audits, product audit, warehouse audits 3.Pest control and planned actions •Daily pest control management •Plan training for all employee of pest control knowledge •Annual report and audit management tool follow-up 4.Audits •Conduct Internal Audits for ISO 9001, ISO 15378, BU Tubing - requirements, •Coordinate Customer visits & External Audits •Follow up of related audit findings, like corrective and preventive actions •Supplier Audits , review corrective action and effectiveness 5.Ensure compliance to TI procedures, T requirements, ISO 9001, ISO 15378 (GMP) 6.Timely reporting to TC Management and T/TQ for TI or TQ related Issues. 7.Active participation in continuous Improvement activities and lead improvements pertaining to QMS /GMP. 8.Follow local and global vision and values defined by management. 9.Follow department procedures and documentation to comply with ISO Systems, GMP, Lean & IMSU 10.Any other duties/functions assigned from time to time by the management (Superiors) 11.Ensures adherence to and monitoring of legal laws and internal regulations concerning EHS in his/her organizational unit and is occasionally involved in the development of new concepts and directives in close corporation with the EHS department. Ensures implementation of the concepts in his/her area of responsibility and takes care of the corresponding instruction and training of his/her employees. 12.Other tasks assigned. 任职资格Experience and Competencies 1.Diploma/ Bachelor of Engineering/ Master of Engineering (Relevant) is preferred, Certified Lead auditor for ISO 9001 is preferred. 2.Professional qualification with minimum 4 years of supervisory experience or semi-professional qualifica-tion with minimum 6 years of supervisory experience (Relevant). 3.Product knowledge, process Improvement, Quality control tools, ISO 9001, ISO 15378 4.Product knowledge, process knowledge of (Glass & Ceramics wishful, but minimum sound experience in metal or plastics production in a continuous process production Problem solving 5.Fluent English in speaking and writing 6.Good knowledge of IT and MS Office
